Renika Nakra is an experienced Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor, as well as the Founder of Reflect Space CIC.
She holds a BSc in Psychology and Criminology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, and a Certificate in Clinical Supervision, with over five years of professional experience supporting clients through emotional and psychological challenges.
Renika has worked and studied in Singapore and gained valuable experience in Sri Lanka, working alongside psychologists, mental health nurses, and wellbeing practitioners. Her diverse background has shaped her reflective, culturally sensitive approach to therapy.
Beyond her clinical work, Renika has produced several Udemy courses focused on counselling and reflective practice and is the author of the eBook “Practical Counselling Skills”, available on Amazon, offering practical tools for aspiring and practising counsellors.
Through Reflect Space CIC, Renika’s mission is to make counselling accessible, inclusive, and growth-focused, while supporting trainee counsellors to develop confidence and competence in their practice.
Reflect Space CIC is led by a BACP Accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor with a proven record of ethical and compassionate practice. Our professional journey includes counselling with BetterHelp, clinical supervision recognition from NCPS, and a psychology placement with SLV Global. We’ve also worked with Fei Yue Community Services, are listed on the Counselling Directory, and volunteered with the Singapore Association of Mental Health. These affiliations highlight our trusted expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality, accredited mental health support.
